Outstanding Service
Two years ago I bought a game camera & all of a sudden I could no longer set any of the settings. Since I had taken out the 3 year protection plan with Asurion, I contacted them & explained the problem. I then received an email that included a shipping label & I mailed the camera back to them. I then was given an Amazon gift card for the cost of the camera! I have never had such hassle free experience on filing a claim. This month I have bought two additional cameras & paid for the protection plans from Asurion on both of them as I am a believer in Asurion! Read more
Excellent Protection!
I am so glad that I chose product protection through Asurion. Shortly after I used my tripod, the cell phone adapter stopped working and I filed a claim for a refund. Asurion responded very quickly and supplied a return shipping label so that I could drop it off at UPS. I was fully refunded within 2 days of returning the product! I am very impressed with Asurion!
