Peace of mind
I just recently made a purchase and along with it I bought Asurion protection. I hope I will not need it, but if a problem covered by this insurance arises, my expectation is that this company will respond without any problem. It would it been nice to have a coverage hard copy as well, and not just an email. That is why a gave four stars. Read more

After some effort I was able to get my claim through
I tried filling a claim online with no success. So I ended up having to call Asurion. It took a while because I kept having to get transferred to the correct department. Once I was speaking to the correct person I filled my claim quick without an issue. I will be purchasing protection plans again for my items. Read more
