Great insurance!! My daughters keys broke on the piano and within days after my claim I was sent a giftcard to buy her another one. The only thing I didnt like was I had to buy the box and bubble wrap to send it back. I felt it should have been covered, but other than that.. 5 stars. Very simple and quick! Read more

Bought several insurance policies with different items. first time I needed to use it they declined to cover. I bought accidental coverage for childs instrument. It got dropped and broke and they said it wasn't covered. They advertised complete coverage from day 1. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER POLICY FROM THEM AGAIN. No explanation why and would not reply back.
