I purchased this plan because I previously bought a Keurig K-Cup and it didn't last as long as I thought it should have. The plan was for 4 years and I thought it was worth the cost just in case the replacement I bought also didn't last as long as I expected. That happened and I filed for the claim and it came through as soon as they had received proof of the return to them of the defective unit. The return shipping was n/c and I just had to drop it off at UPS. I also bought a new protection plan for the Keurig unit I bought to replace the old one - just in case! Read more

I would have gave a five star on this company that warrants the products that we all buy on Amazon but I'm not sure 100% because everything I've ever bought from Amazon it's all been great nothing bad to say I mean I've never had to return anything or nor did I ever have to call the warranty company and talk to them personally about any items that I had ever bought from Amazon to use their warranty company. I imagine that they would be very reliable but like I said you know I everything I bought so far and I buy a lot of stuff off Amazon and other items and all everything that I had bought the functionality worked great. So as far as I'm concerned this warranty company would be a great thing to I mean everything I buy I always put extra warranties on it it could be from a computer or it could be a stove top oven. And I always put the maximum amount of warranty on every product I buy if it offers a four year I buy the four year if it offers three year I buy the three year, it's better to have the warranty and not have the warranty yeah I was just would rather have it covered all my items that I buy, so I recommend you know this warranty company I guess you could say because like I said I I've only gave him a four star I should have gave him a five but if I can go back and give him a five-star I would give him a five star because they're worth it, thank you. Attempted to file a claim within the time frame of the plan. Asurion made it extremely difficult to do this, wasted two hours. The plan doesn't say that you need to have keep and submitted copies of the purchase receipt for the item and it also doesn't state that your have to have to keep a copy of the Asurion receipt. They require you to send them photo copies of these receipts. They have all of this information in your Asurion account, including who you purchased the plan through (Amazon) but still require you to jump through all these hoops. In summary they will do everything possible to make it difficult you to file a claim and for them to have pay any claims. Read more

When our appliance failed, we contacted Asurion regarding our Asurion protection plan and they immediately took over from there. They made the process of replacement and reimbursement fast and easy. We could not have been more pleased than we were once the folks at Asurion took over. It was work and hassle free. We're very glad we purchased the Asurion protection plan and do recommend them very highly. Thank you Asurion! UPDATE 6-23-24 - Purchased a new Asurion protection plan to cover the new appliance mentioned above, and the delivery date on the new plan was delayed. After a few days, I contacted Asurion, and the customer service rep quickly and easily resolved my concern and by the end of the day my new Asurion protection plan arrived in my email.
