I like this jacket, but I wouldn’t call it a standout value for the price. That said, it definitely has its strengths. It’s very lightweight and not overly warm, which actually works great for me since I live in a hot climate. If it’s chilly, I can always layer underneath—much better than being stuck with something too heavy. The build quality is solid, with clean seams, a good fit, and zippers that feel durable and easy to grab thanks to the pull tabs. The hand pockets are secure and practical, and the hood adjusts smoothly with plenty of range, which is great when the weather turns. I would personally prefer a full-zip design for more flexibility, but realistically, when it’s raining, the zipper is going to be up anyway. The light green color isn’t the most versatile option, though it still looks decent. Overall, I’m glad I own it and plan to keep it in my car as a go-to light rain jacket. This hooded half jacket repels water really well even hard rain just glides off, really awesome. This is very comfortable, lightweight and breathable, feels good to wear and perfect for any outdoor activities. Fit perfect, yay. Material is extremely high quality and durable. Doesn't cause sweating, zipper glides smoothly and the hood covers head really well and keeps wind and rain away. Price point is excellent, this is an awesome half jacket, really nice color as well. I have a couple of shirts from this brand that I like quite a bit, so I was happy to get this light jacket and try it. Now that I've had it a while and worn it, I do like it, but I don't think it's a great value choice for what it is. It is quite light in weight and not especially warm, which is good for me because I live in a hotter climate and can always add under layers if it's colder, but I can't do the opposite . I do think it's well made and has good seams and fit. The zippers are good quality and have handy pulls on them. Hand pockets are useful and secure. The hood pulls on smoothly and has plenty of adjustment. I'd prefer a full zip for the added flexibility, but if it is raining you have the zipper up anyway. The light green color I got is not especially versatile, but it's not bad either. Overall I'm happy to have it and plan to carry it in my car so I'll have a light rain jacket there. I just don't think it's a good value choice as listed on the product page now. Read more

This jacket does the job. It is light and fits me well with as an extra large (6Ft, 190LBS). It will work in light rain or for wind that is mild. This is a perfect wind breaker meaning it does its job but its not for heavy rain or snow. It has a hood and is made of good quality material. I have no complaints but as this is an extra wind breaker for me this will become my primary if its going to rain as I feel it has more repellent power than my current light weight jacket. If I had to choose again I would have picked the blue color as the beige and green are pretty bland in color schema. Read more
Super lightweight, yet it feels strong. it's got a zip that reaches mid chest so you definitely have to pass it over your head. my only complain would be that i with the cuffs had a draw string, other than that, it's a great rainbeater. couldn't do a proper waterproof test as it hasn't rained yet, but as soon as it does I'll go test it and update. oh and the hood is soo good! again it's light and it can draw all the way over your head, i really like it. front pockets are connected all the way through as well. Lastly, it runs a little big for a medium, but that's fine by me, just keep it in mind when buying. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this windbreaker/rain jacket is. The material is soft yet repels moisture fairly effectively, although I will admit I only wore it during light precipitation and not a downpour. This jacket would come in handy during a camping or hiking trip, as it’s easy to fold and stash in a backpack, etc. It’s also loose enough to allow for layers underneath. The color of the jacket is also appealing. In addition, it has two zipper pockets in the front, drawcord bungees that you can tighten, as well as a hood. The jacket only zips down in the front about a quarter of the way. I did find the jacket to be a bit short around the waist; I was hoping it would be a little longer but it’s not a dealbreaker. Great lightweight shell. I've always thought lightweight windbreakers were underrated. Throw this over a sweater and you basically have a winter coat on. Wear it my itself and you have a light rain coat. This is thin and light enough to be super packable. I love it for my carry on, especially when flying into colder weather. The fit on me is marginal. I'm long waisted and this is short on me but I can't complain too much because many things are on me. The look of it does not excite me but often things have to grow on me. The color is fine. My biggest issue is the price. It's well made but the price is not competitive. Read more
