This is one of my favorite Hefeweizen/wheat wit beers on the market. I love Athletic’s Athletica too! If you like one, you’ll probably like the other. This is a great and easy beer to consume. Read more
A Heads Up + review
Amazon's product code for the pictured Athletic Brewing Company All Out Extra Dark is for a seasonal product. I found this out after ordering it 4 times and not getting that. I received the Oktober Fest three times and a Lemon Raddler once. Very disappointing. But Whole Foods/Amazon did an above and beyond job of finding the problem and taking care of me for the trouble. It was pick up only. I don't drive. It was several busses to get there. The manager that took time with me not only figured out the product code problem, found out that they didn't even carry the All Out, but called Athletic to send me some on the house! The beer? It's very good. Not as full flavored as Guiness 0.0 but very close. Along with the expected coffee/dark chocolate notes, there is the slightest hint of smoke. I've had it cold, cool, and room temp. Cool keeps the flavor in front and the light effervescence stable. The only NA dark that I've had is Guinness. This isn't Guinness but it's a good beer. Read more

Be Sure Know Which Seasonal You're Getting!
5 stars for Athletic Brewing Company. 0 for the Witbier I received. First off, I LOVE the Free Wave Hazy IPA they make and wanted to check out some others. I thought I was going to get the Cerveza, but received the current seasonal beer -- a Witbier. Honestly, it's repulsive and tastes like dirty celery water. So -- YAY! for Athletic Brewing company, but make sure you know what you're actually getting. And maybe avoid the Witbier. Read more
