Perfect for soccer

Good for strapping foot.
I bought this sports tape to help with my Haglunds deformity when wearing my soccer cleats. It provided good protection and helped prevent the rubbing of my heal against the cleat. If I had one criticism I would say that the tape could be a little stickier, but it stays in place for me during a full game of soccer. Read more

The good tape for athletic injuries
Everyone is making all kinds of crazy tape now, for use on skin, and I have found much of it useless. This is the good stuff. Once upon a time I co-owned a PT practice with an attached Athletic Training business, where we supplied Certified Athletic Trainers to tape ankles and etc in the school systems and colleges we served. These trainers taped ankles, knees and shin splints among other things. Thumbs, wrists...the list goes on and on. Consequently I know the good tape. This is it. If you are taping joints or injured body parts this is the good stuff. However, one word of caution. Don't leave the tape on for more than 24 hours. The reason so much of the sorry tape is manufactured is because the skin is a sensitive organ and will respond by acquiring a rash w tape applied for extended periods of time. A good rule of thumb is don't sleep with it taped. Read more
Adhesive stuck to skin and tape arrived loose
It says no sticky residue but the adhesive stuck to my boyfriends skin. It's great tape though and very strong. However the picture shows how the product arrived in the packaging. It's like this everytime I order it. Box is either destroyed or open when it arrives. It's never in the box always loose in the packaging. Read more
