This is the perfect athletic tape. Tape I've previously ordered was either not sticky enough or too sticky or too tough to tear. This one is just right. Finally! It's easy to put on/tear and stays on during intense MMA training. Also easy to take off. They really got it just right. At a good price, too. Read more

I ordered this tape to save some finger skin on a granite boulder problem I'm projecting, and tried it out yesterday for the first time. I taped a couple pads and also Z-taped a pulley on the other hand to protect a minor injury there. The tape performed perfectly for both applications. It was as sticky as my skin against the rock with no real loss of sensitivity, and it was stiff enough for the Z-taping. It was also no problem to remove at the end of my session. Update: I've now sent a couple hard projects (one boulder, one sport) with this on to protect skin. I still like it, but I'm leaving off a star only because I've also had a chance to sample the more expensive Leukotape, which seems even stiffer and stickier. Read more
I ordered this to have on hand for when/if we need it. I recently re-injured my right foot and a couple toes. This worked really well to buddy tape my toes. I found the tape to be durable and sticky enough. The price is quite good for two rolls. It’s a good item to have in a home first aid kit. Read more
My previous experience with athletic tape is watching a football player get taped on tv but I've never used it myself. How have I not known about this stuff? This is so much better than the medical sort of tape that I've always used that comes on a dispenser like scotch tape and never cuts properly. This tape is sort of woven and tears along the edges without a scissors. If you have a strip off, you can tear it up (vertically or horizontally with the weave) to make it the width you need for different size fingers or toes. It's really sticky and it stays on very well. When it's time to remove, it comes off without a fight. It is pretty flexible. So far it hasn't irritated my skin at all. The box has two rolls. It seems like a good deal to me. I'm not going back to the other stuff. Read more
"COMOmed Athletic Tape - White Sport Tape - Easy Tear, Strong, No Sticky Reduce Wrist Ankle" We already have smaller tape to use for the fingers, but sometimes we need wider tape to help tape up wrists and ankles for volleyball. This COMOmed Athletic tape is great, super easy to tear without needing scissors. Helps to support and compress wherever we need it to and doesn't leave behind a sticky residue. Solid choice. Many’s the wrist, thumb, ankle I taped with this kind of tape. Maybe the sticky’s improved, perhaps it tears off the roll better but no matter. It’s just as good as it was. And there’s a reason for it. Countless wrists and ankles it has kept in the game. Five nights a week and twice on Saturday l taped my ankle then went out to tap dance in cowboy boots. I’m long past those days but it still supports my aching wrists and thumbs better than a lot of the modern marvels. Read more
I am using this for climbing. It lacks some of the friction and tackiness I would like for athletic tape for climbing. Typically when we are taping a skin injury or making a crack climbing glove, we want there to be good friction with the rock so that tape doesn't decrease our climbing performance. This type of tape is not so good for that. I still use it, but just for flappers and finger injuries, not for protection when jamming in cracks. I use tape that is more like eurotape or leuko-tape for that kind of thing. Read more
