Absolutely love it. Works great with my kitchen Aide mixer. Super easy to install, comes with everything needed for it. Extremely easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. It juices citrus extremely well, the pulp comes out on one side while the juice goes out the other. You can fit a lot into the canister. I have owned this masticating juicer for a little over a month and I have made SOOO many juices with it. The juices taste great with little pulp. The juicer is built to last, very simple to use and it is insanely simple to clean! The cups are larger than I had imagined, which is great too. I love that I can be as creative as I want and have noticed that far less fruits and vegetables are being wasted now! Plus, I'm drinking fresh drinks with no added preservatives AND saving way more money so it pays for itself. I will definitely be looking into buying more KitchTree products in the future! Also, I have seen reviews on here saying that food is getting stuck on the pulp side and I haven't had an issue getting it out personally. I take my pinky and clear the trap after I twist and remove the top section. First I pull all the pulp that I can reach out, then I use my pinky and push it back into the juicer. I love this juicer. The auger fell into my garbage disposal and was damaged. I was so upset because it happened right after I bought it. I reached out to the seller to find out how to purchase the auger and they sent me a whole new juicer at no charge. I use this everyday and it works very well with my Kitchenaid. I honestly didn’t expect to love this masticating juicer attachment as much as I do, but wow — it has completely upgraded my KitchenAid! I’ve used every attachment and accessory it came with, and everything works flawlessly. The 4.2" large feed chute is a huge time-saver — I can fit whole apples, cucumbers, and even big chunks of beets without cutting everything into tiny pieces. It handles leafy greens like kale and spinach just as well as harder produce. The slow cold press really does make a difference — my juice comes out rich, vibrant, and pulp-free, with all the flavor and nutrients intact. The two 28oz cups are the perfect size for catching the juice and pulp separately, and they’re super easy to clean. I've had the juicer 3 days and done 3 juicings. Each has turned out great, and learned a few things along the ways. The juicer is solid, very well built with convenience and visual aids in place to help (i.e. labeled pulp and juice sides, turning/attaching display marks to know when fully locked, etc.). I have already recommended it to 2 friends. Things that have helped to learn, being that I'm a complete newbie on this. Even with the pulp/juice ports landing outside the area of the mixing bowl, It helps to remove the mixing bowl as sometimes the pulp falls back on to it, and the juice can spatter some when both dispenser canisters are set on the counter. That leads to the next thing that has helped, and it is to prop up both canisters so that the fall of pulp/juice is much less and more predictable w/ less potential mess (no small splatters or unexpected things today of any kind with each about 4-5" propped). It was also not clear to me on first use, that the pulp side tab actually lifted up, which it does, and from the company video they lift it up and makes the pulp come out easier. It still pushes through the rubber guard if not tilted up, but major bonus points in that it helps to clean the unit SO MUCH easier if you lift that tab before cleaning. And finally, for me, I was unsure what speed to run the juicing on, but after rewatching the company video a few times, I noticed they ran theirs on speed 6, which made it much easier to juice over my first time at speed 1.
