I’ve been looking for a lightweight turtleneck to wear under sweaters and cardigans for a long time, and this turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s silky enough that clothing slides right over it, but it’s not shiny and synthetic looking. It’s lightweight and doesn’t add bulk, but it’s not transparent or clingy. I am 5 foot seven and 140 pounds, and I bought the medium even though I normally wear a small, and that’s a perfect fit for me — form fitting without stretching across my torso. And it’s the perfect length too! The turtleneck is long enough to cover my entire (long) neck while still having a ruched effect. However, it doesn’t stay up as high as I’d like it, so I plan to sew in some very light boning on each side, or line the turtle neck with a layer of fleece — which demonstrates that I like it enough to go to that trouble! I don’t think any lightweight turtleneck can stand up at the neck on its own without being too tight for comfort. I’m ordering more now, so I’ll have four different colors. I’m hoping the manufacturers will produce these in different shades of blue, and aqua, apple green, etc. Read more

Absolutely love this top, I purchased 2 of them, very soft and light weight, color same as pic. Shape your body, Fits snug under clothes and not bulky which is a plus,plus for me when wearing layers. I purchased 2 in white as well. I'll definitely be buying more colors. Worth the money. LOVE IT Read more
