I spend a lot of time outside gardening. Between the heat, sweating, and wearing a sun hat most of the day, my ears would often feel dry, itchy, and irritated by the evening. I decided to try Auil, and I’m so glad I did. I use a few drops after I come in from working in the yard, especially on hot days, and it has made a noticeable difference. My ears feel comfortably moisturized without being sticky, greasy or heavy. The dryness and irritation I used to deal with have really improved. What I appreciate most is how much cleaner my ears feel overall. It seems to help everything stay softer and easier to manage, instead of feeling clogged or uncomfortable. I usually use hydrogen peroxide to clean my ears but sometimes I get water stuck in my ear after swimming. I find this product effective in displacing the water in my ear canal. It is also very easy to use on yourself as the drop control of the dropper is perfect. This product is also useful in returning some moisture to your ears if chlorine is drying them out. My only complaint about this product is I think it is overpriced. But with swimming season fast approaching, a must have for me in the medicine cabinet. Read more

Well who fracking knew you could get eczema in your fracking ears?! It is a 'thing' ugh..Doc said '100 % mineral oil' - Unfortunately the bottle I already have is dedicated to caring for my butcher block island soooo...This Auil looked like it would fit the bill and it does. These ear drops are 100% pharmaceutical grade mineral oil in a nice, 1oz amber glass bottle with a dropper. Admittedly they're not the best value for money, as it's easy enough to buy mineral oil in bulk, but this size is travel-ready, and I also like the convenience of the dropper. I found these drops very simple to use: Tilt your head to the side, put 5-10 drops in the ear, wait 15-30s, then sit up straight and wipe away the excess oil. I had some cotton pads and swabs handy, so cleanup was similarly hassle-free. I did experience some mild discomfort during use -- it's just not the most pleasant thing to feel an oil slithering through your ear canal -- but it was over quickly enough. More importantly, the dryness in my ears has improved significantly since I started using these, so I'm very willing to put myself through the process to get my pre-winter ear canals back. Followed the directions and woke up this morning barely able to hear out of my left ear and 99% deaf in my right. At the moment of writing this review I have endured at least 10 different ear flushes AND a trip to urgent care where I was told that the wax and debris was pushed so far into my ear canal that I would likely have to see an ear, nose, and throat specialist. This product ruined my weekend and potentially my hearing. NEVER, I MEAN NEVER, USE THIS IN YOUR EAR unless you want to be reading closed captioning and learning sign language!
