Flour sack toweling is meant for work and casual kitchens, I am using these towels for work, maybe casual, but they are exactly what I wanted. I like to dry them with dryer balls which makes them soft and almost ironed looking. They are perfect for putting over bread dough when it is rising, the work perfectly for polishing glasses.
