Got this for my bald husband who used a regular shaver on his head for so many years and said he wouldn’t get a closer shave with anything else. He was wrong. This razor is amazing. It’s so fast and easy and gives him a razor short shiny head. No more cutting his head with blades and wasting shaving cream. Cleans well running under water. Holy bald batman! Good:Works as I expected. It isn't for those who want a pure hairless, true BALD scalp. You aren't getting a razor clean scalp out of this. HOWEVER, I think it is the perfect look for the very near bald look. Love it! BAD: No charger included! But does come with full charge. You aren't going to beat the sale price. Plus, I had Amazon bucks. So, I paid $11 for this. LOL. Are there better? No for $30! Thing is amazing and I'm very pleased. I think it will be perfect for daily touch up. Had this thing about 2 months and it works good. The charge lasts a long time, cuts well and is easy to clean up. To clean I just snap off the blades, tamp out the unit and blades on a paper towel, brush them both out and snap the blades back on. I’m surprised they can sell it so cheap. Read more
I bought this electric shaver back in July and I have to stay its the best electric shaver I have ever purchased. The shaver stays easily in the palm of your hands while you're shaving PLUS it has an LED screen that tells you how much battery is left. The shaver does a really good job of shaving your head and face, although shaving under your nose/above your lips it is a little more difficult because of the shaver design but it will get the job done. It comes with a charging cord to recharge your shaver and it recharges it fast PLUS it lets you know when your charge is at 100%. The shaver includes a cover plus a small brush to clean out your shaver. The shaver blades are magnetic and come off easily to clean it. I do not use water to clean mine and when I use the included brush it does a very good job of cleaning the shaver. My only issue with this shaver is they say you should change the blades every six months of so of regular usage BUT... Do not state what replacement blades you should purchase. The manufacturer's Amazon page that I visited has little information on this as well. Hopefully the seller will send me a message about which blades to get and where to re-order them because like I said, this is the BEST electric shaver I have ever bought and I would like to use it for a long time! So I took one star off my review for them NOT including the information on where and what part # the replacement blades are. If they add this information I will update my review to five stars. This 7D Head Shaver is a total game-changer! I rarely leave reviews, but this worked wonders straight out of the box. For years, I relied on Andis edgers for a clean look because traditional razors give me terrible razor bumps—but this shaver is on another level. It provides a closer, smoother finish than my clippers ever could, even on their sharpest setting. It’s affordable, effective, and honestly the closest shave I’ve ever had without using a blade. I have classic male pattern baldness (bald circle on the back, bald strip on top, hair on the sides and a little in the back). I look like a circus clown when my hair grows out. I got sick of it and decided to just go for the smooth scalp look. I used clippers with a 2 mm attachment to get rid of most of my remaining hair and finished with this shaver. Even at 2 mm thick, the blades cogged up quickly and I had to stop twice to clean the blades. I don't recommend using this shaver to try and take long hair directly down to the scalp. Once I finished, I was happy with the result. It's not as close and smooth as a razor would be, but I didn't want that closeness for fear of shaving bumps once my hair starts growing back. I've used the shaver both in the shower and on my dry scalp. Both methods gave similar results, but I prefer using it dry. The heads are easy to clean. You simply pry off the 7-head assembly with your fingers (it attaches magnetically), use the provided brush to remove clumps of hair in the blades, rinse the heads under water until no more hair is visible in the blades, and set it somewhere resting horizontally to dry completely. Battery life is as advertised (about 90 minutes of use per full charge). I've only used it for about a week so I can't speak to blade life. The manual suggests replacement every 6 months. Note - the shaver comes with a USB-C cable, but not a charger. Read more
