This thing is wild! It’s everything I could ever want in a scooter and more. It has such a premium feel like an Apple product even down to the lighting system. The breaks are amazing zoom breaks. The power and system is amazing. Just a great scooter overall. The Cadillac of scooters and I own an Escalade! Read more

i was really looking forward to having a scooter. Right now im at 140 miles so far, and have been riding it almost every other day. Im located in very hilly Seattle. battery lasts about 2 and a half hours. i try and stay on ECO mode for as long as i can until i hit a hill. i stay in eco, sport, and whenever i start going up a hill i put on Duel motor mode (DMM) which, when not on a hill, is VERY fast. i tried Race mode and DMM on and almost died, so i advise against that (the front tire came off the ground); its very fast. The only issues i have right now (and im hoping Ausom/ supplier can see this and help me out) is that my left turn signal does NOT work, however the right one does, so i dont know whats going on there. Also, when i put on DMM, the symbol on the screen doesnt appear, although i know im in DMM because i can feel the scooter pick up large amounts of speed, so whenever i am going really fast i have to take a minute and look down which endangers me. Also the back tire brake pad was bent, so now when i ride it, there is a constant scraping sound because it rubs against the brakepad. Also the range is definitely NOT 60 miles, its more like 25 miles. so to recap: - no left turn signal - doesnt show DMM when turned on - front protection plate falls off easily - back brakepad was crooked when i got it, still slightly - i had to pump up the tires when i got it (they were half way filled, so make sure you also buy a tire pump!) Ausom, please help me with a front plate screw Read more

Pros: #1 It's a beast! #2 Well built #3 Plenty of takeoff power #4 Comfortable ride # 5 Speed is excellent #6 Ease of use #7 Size of scooter is fantastic Cons: #1 Breaks are going to probably need bleeding and refilling, they are soft #2 Ausom website seems to have no real helpful information in the F1 Max #3 Battery when climbing runs down fast in DDM Update #1 I just noticed that the tires don't seem to hold air for long 2 days and the tires were almost flat, going to check them later this afternoon, this could be a deal breaker. Other thoughts: This scooter is a beast and as such needs to be respected from the rider, as it could be dangerous in the wrong hands. This is a short-term review if anything changes, I'll update my review. I think Ausome should spend a bit of time and have some actual help in the FAQ section on their website. I sent a message to their support and what I got back was not really helpful as the manual doesn't mention anything about working on the breaks nor does it really give much helpful information on any aspect of maintenance and repair. Range sucks if you ride this scooter how it's meant to be ridden, I don't want to have to ride in ECO mode just to get 30-40 miles and I only weigh in at about 185 pounds. I don't hate this scooter I rather like it, but I have to be realistic and honest, I plan on keeping this for at least the next 4-5 years. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Once the product breaks, good luck getting it fixed or a refund. I purchased 2 scooters directly from them and the tires are still leaking air even after their “help”. Read more

Amazing scooter. Says 45mph top speed, but I’ve been able to get a steady 50mph on flat road. Smooth as butter, no wobbles, excellent build quality. Also, I’m 227lbs. Read more

This thing is a beast. It propels you along quite nicely on one motor but when I hit the hills, I switch to DDM (Dual motor) and you can really feel the extra oomph. Three speed modes; Eco, Sport and Race. Eco gets you up to 15mph, Sport gets you up to 30-32mph and Race bumped me up to 46mph. I’m 6’4”, 235-240 and this scooter carries me effortlessly, definitely has some pep to it. The footboard is nice and wide and enough room for me to stand with my feet shoulder width apart. I stand goofy-footed on this and can easily grasp the handlebars. My scooter came fully assembled except for the handlebar setup and the tire pressure. You need the tires at 45psi and they arrive around 20, so don’t ride it until you’ve checked the pressure. The display is bright and the menu is easy to navigate. The controls are smooth with no wiggle or loose-feeling levers. In the deep dark of night, the headlights work very well. The suspension is the best I’ve seen on any scooter with those 4 hydraulic springs. The disc brakes are superb, excellent stopping power. The clip holding the stem in place while upright is sturdy, I have no doubts it will hold securely. It folds down very easily with a hook attachment so you can carry it. I’m a big guy and it’s pretty heavy to carry around at 73lbs so if you have stairs, you might want to lock it up on the ground floor because this is really difficult and awkward to get up even one flight. Overall, I love it, you will too. I also have the Amazon digital protection plan which applies to this purchase so that’s a big plus. Read more

So much fun to ride. Everytime I hop on the Ausom F1 Max I have the biggest smile on my face. It’s definitely faster than anyone needs it to be and I did get it to go 45 mph on flat ground. Very controllable at low speed and great around town. Build quality seems very robust. I’d highly recommend to anyone wanting an e scooter with lots of power and even off road capabilities. Read more
