We were going on vacation without our cat. We wanted to leave her at home. We bought this set a couple weeks before we were going to be gone so we could judge how much she would eat and drink and if it would last her through the vacation. She took to them right away and had plenty of food and water while we were gone for 2 weeks. They are a quality product and I would definitely recommend. They made her feeding area so much neater. I placed these on the back porch for the feral cats that I take care of. Went away for a weekend trip and they were still there when I returned, with plenty of food and water left. Then heavy winds came through my area a few days later. There were people with uprooted TREES and garbage cans that blew down the street! The water feeder stayed put. The one with food spilled over and blew off the porch, but all I had to do was wipe it off with paper towels and refill it. This is a reliable and sturdy product! Perfect size and good price too!
