Fantastic case! It is small, lightweight, sleek, and very convenient to use. The magnet closure holds it securely enough where it won't open in my travel toiletry kit. The mini-compartments are extremely secure, so even if the magnet were to come loose, the pills would stay secured. I don't require that many different pills, so this works out for me. However, I could see how it would not meet the needs of someone who has a more complicated medication routine. For my purposes, it is absolutely perfect! EDIT: This pill box is still going strong, and I'm liking it more and more. I've taken it on multiple trips, and it fits nicely into my bathroom kit without taking too much room at all. I only use 3 pills regularly. Since I had some space, I put a few over-the-counter meds in, and it worked just great. Excellent for men's travel kit. Case looks much more discreet than some clear cases that just let on way too much about your health. Magnetic closure and individual pocket lids that keep your meds from spilling into the next compartment. This is such a handy little pill organizer, especially for someone who has to carry emergency meds. It could be a bit smaller but it can fit into a regular size purse no problem. It is made well, it has a magnetic closure and each section has snap closures. The pills are safe and not going to spill out. It comes with labels which is great as you can tell which medicine is which. I think overall it’s a great product for someone who can handle the slightly larger size. Just what I needed. Obviously great for travel but I carry this in my bag daily for allergy, pain relief, lactase, pepto, etc. the different size compartments are great.
