Excellent pill organizer. I like that the individual days can be removed from the tray and put back. The lid shuts very, very firmly. Other types of pill organizers will open if you drop it. If your pills are in this thing and it falls, the lid is unlikely to open. It's that sturdy. It fits a lot of pills or supplements. I use this to make sure I don't forget to take things. After many sub par ipll organizers that have fallen short I've found the perfect one for my needs. I'm no longer wasting time each day opening & closing the many bottles of supplements and meds I must now take but can do this just once a week. Having 3 compartments per day has proven essential to divide my supplements according to meal/time of day so I no longer miss my doses. I especially love that the design allows each days portion to be lifted out of the weekly container. Removing the day's portion the night before to place where my breakfast plate will go guarantees I start the day on schedule and also allows me to grab and go for days out. The lids for each compartment open easily and snap shut firmly without challenging my compromised hands. The weekly case is also very well designed with clean snaps that are easy to release and divided compartments for the daily cases so they slot into place and don't shift around even if not all the cases are in place. BUY IT! I was hesitant to buy because of the size unknown but it’s a 10/10 great size for many pills of varying sizes! And it makes me life so much easier! It is what is shown. Colors are fun and bright and cases are transparent if you need to see what's in there, you can. All parts are well made and fit together as they should. Words on boxes are clear and easy to see/read. Boxes snap open and secure well. Outer box is sealed to keep geletin capsules dry and not sticking to each other. The compartments hold quite a lot, and we take many natural supplements,. The morning vitamins alone are five in number (oval, large), plus about five other supplements in one dose/one compartment and there is a bit of room left if I needed to add more. The system works well. I set a reminder and every Sunday afternoon I sit down at the table and refill it for the week. It is a million time better than pulling out a million jars of vitamins and supplements ever morning. Just the looking for the right ones at the right times.....ug....this saves so much time in the long run! It fits easily in the fridge door, behind spice jars and condiments. It almost feels like there are "hundreds" of these things to choose from, and I'm fortunate to have run across this one. It's been the best I've ever purchased! To fill, I literally keep all 7 individual day containers inside the case, and open every lid. They are not only large enough to easily fill, but have ample room for meds and the bigger vitamins and fish oil supplements. I happen to keep it in the fridge once filled and just pull out the day I need in the morning, and its easy to pop a day's container in my purse for day trips. I also love the fact that the containers state on each lid the name in capps of the day and if its MORN, NOON, or NIGHT. They don't have the ridiculous tiny little symbols of a sun or moon. I always wonder if the individual lids will hold up over time, but these seem much sturdier than others I've had. The outside case has a really good quality latch. An added bonus is that the bottom of the case has little grooves that holds the 7 days of containers secure, and when one is removed for the day, the rest aren't sliding around. This sturdy and nicely labeled pill organizer can be used to organize a one-a-day dose over three weeks or daily doses for morning, noon, and night. The small daily boxes fit inside a larger box. The daily boxes can be placed in any order (if you begin on a different day than Sunday). The large box has a double closer which is very nice because accidental spills are nearly impossible. I bought this and a 4 a day that matches. I have a similar one that is worn out. This one is a massive upgrade. The lid is easy to open and close. It's secure. It's tough enough to survive the toddler in my life stomping on it when she figured out how to unlock the safe with a key. It doesn't show even scuffs which I am impressed by. It was well designed. I wish it came in one color not a rainbow but it's good enough. The size is what makes it special. This thing is HUGE but not obnoxiously so. It's very hard to find a pill box this big with a positive lock and very secure boxes. They're still easy to get into but they will handle being dropped without flying open. I am buying a second one for a backup and to make it easier to wash and fill my medication. This was I don't have to be up at all hours because I have to fill it for the week. While it is more than I wanted to pay and has gone on sale since? I still think it was worth it to have this. The photos include a comparison for the older option. The 3 a day pill box has even more room for medication. They're identical in footprint and I like this because it's easier to store them.
