This is a great design because the days are separate so you can remove them and take them with you in your pocket, backpack or bag. You can also decide which day you want to start your week with as you can put them in any order you like. The hinges are good and strong and durable. The outer case is strong and stays closed in luggage and the inner pill cases will stay closed even in your pockets so you can feel secure taking pills with you if you're heading out for the day or evening. This is actually the second one I've purchased because I somehow lost one day of the first one I bought. Solid! I didn’t know there were other color choices before buying this one, but this seller makes so many different colors and shapes of these pill organizers ! I like how it’s clear enough that I can see the dates through the closed “door”. It’s a nice size so it doesn’t take up a bunch of room. I like how each day can be taken out individually so I can take it to work or whatever and leave the rest at home. The hinges have held up well so far. I’m opening and closing it several times a day. The ease of opening is fine. If you want something child proof I probably wouldn’t get this, but I’m not concerned with pill safety so it’s fine. A silicone seal would be nice. It does clasp and hold good, but I noticed one of my capsules will get soggy if they’re left in the container. It’s not a huge deal though. I really like this container and I’ll be buying another one from this brand if anything ever happens to my current one. Read more
This pill organizer has made my life a lot easier! It holds a decent amount of medications. I appreciate the ease of portability and the quality of the plastic. The only downside is that the individual organizer does not stay upright unless it is prompt up by something, which makes it hard to keep the pills in place. Read more

I have purchased 5 of these over time. This is the most functional medication/pill organizer I've used. There is more room than most organizers and it allows for day and night pill separation. I take a lot of vitamins(about 20 pills) and dont genrally use this as a day/night, but a single dispense per day. These are also compact enough to take all of my pills with me on trips that require light packing. Read more
I was initially turn off by the size of it, as I need to many meds a day. After using for a while, I start to have a different perspective; the smaller daily box within the big box provided the convenience of just carry the daily allocation, and the big box with seven daily box in a locked box provided a real good travelling solution.
