For me, one key feature I look for in a pill organizer is something that stays closed while also allowing me to be able to open it relatively easily when I want to. I also want something that will hold various sizes of pills. Usually, I will need something different based on timeframe. One organizer will be to hold a single day of medications that I can have with me in a pocket or bag. Another is one to hold multiple days' worth when traveling. This pill organizer does a great job fulfilling the key items I look for while also filling the need for either a single day of medication or multiple days while traveling. The full unit has a large, clear case that snaps securely closed. It can be easily opened by lifting from a small lip on the front of the case. The dimensions shown in the description are 6.1"x3.6"x1.9". My measurements were very close at 6.1"x3.75"x1.9". The 3.75" instead of 3.6" is likely because I include the hinge on the side. Inside this large case is a separate case for each day. Each of the interior cases has separate day and night sections. I will note that this is larger, overall, than some other weekly pill organizers. It is great for travel if you are someone who has a good number of larger pills to keep organized. If you don't need this much space, it may be more than you need for traveling. All of this said, the size fits the description well. The case's design allows the smaller cases to fit perfectly into the larger case. Each smaller case is clearly labelled with a day of the week as well as day/night sections. The smaller cases are also different colors that go in order of the colors of the rainbow, which is a nice design choice. The interior cases each slide nicely into place within the larger case. Each one clicks closed and can easily be opened by pressing up on the lip of the day or night section. They are less than an inch tall, which makes them easy to throw into a pocket or bag for medications needed during the day. At the same time, they are spacious enough to fit even my largest vitamins and supplements. Both the interior and exterior cases feel very sturdy to me. They click closed easily and stay closed until I want them to open. At the time of this review, the cost of this case is on the lower side of what I see for similar products. Given how functional this is, this is a great value. If you are someone who has multiple medications, vitamins, and supplements of varying sizes to organize, this is a great option. Read more
