Updated: Actually, the cable started working again (despite my attempts to secure it, unplug it and plug it back in, etc beforehand). No idea why, but it's doing fine now. They reached out to me to offer a refund based on my previous review, which I declined. Great customer service. Highly recommended! It worked well. Nice flexible cord.
