Love this bag! It looks like real leather and the color is perfect. Large pocket on side, roomy inside but I am still able to find my "stuff" without fishing forever. It came with 2 different straps, great designs. It arrived quickly and was carefully wrapped in a thick tissue material similar to an envelope, and that was placed in a large plastic bag. This is a very well-made bag, pretty color, and just the right size. It came with two guitar shoulder straps so you could pick your style. I returned it because the shoulder straps were too thick and made it uncomfortable for me to carry. After looking through my other purses, I realize that most of them come with thinner straps. Overall, this purse is starting to grow on me. I really like the vegan leather because it’s nice quality and beautiful color. I also like that it comes with 2 different straps to switch out. The cons of the purse are: The zipper doesn’t go all the way across leaving 2 gaps on each end of the purse. Stuff can easily fall out of the purse if not careful. It is good and does work if you have something long that won’t fit all the way down in the purse. The zipper also gets twisted when it’s unzipped, so it seems like I always have to untwisted it before zipping the purse back up. The outside pocket has a snap, but there are two huge gaps when the snap is used that can make things fall out easier or have someone try to pick pocket whatever is in this area of the purse. The straps are adjustable, but it doesn’t like to stay in place. It seems like I always have to readjust the straps every time I wear it. I may in the future switch it out with a different and sturdier strap. I thought about retuning it, but overall it fits everything I need to carry and is similar to my other purse design I switched from plus it’s customizable so that’s the reason why I am keeping it and giving it a try. I bought this purse because I wanted a comfortable cross body bag. I am not dissapointed! PROS: The size is perfect for me. Its just big enough to fit all my necessities without being jam packed full.. if you know you know.. It comes with the leapord print strap as well as a neutral color strap. Great Bonus. The material of the purse feels smooth and soft enough for being so inexpensive. It has plenty of pockets as well. CONS: I havent yet identified any Cons with this purse. This far exceeded my expectations. It feels soft and has beautiful leather color. It is very roomy. The bag came with two choices for the handles which was nice. Someone mentioned the zipper doesn't cover the entire top but I found that. not to be a problem as the gap is very small. There are two side pockets (one on each side), and I just love the size. It is not oversized, but not small...just right. The cost was amazing! Read more
