This microwave is easy to use. There isn't really a learning curve, you just tell it how long to cook and it does. It has a few special features, but I was really looking for a microwave that a child could use. It's little, but it's big enough for microwave popcorn or for my favorite 2 quart mixing bowl. After 4 months, it will not open and has a bowl of soup inside it. I have unplugged it, moved it to another outlet, tried to turn it on and then off again. Still will not open. I can imagine the soup will begin to foul and really start to stink. Though not an expensive buy, it still chaps my shorts it only lasted 4 months. Not easy to use either, this whole double hit to make it open is a real pain. 7 days of back and forth, sent picutures, sent video, and they just keep pushing us off. This is not a good company to do business with. We complied with all thier requests and suggestions. Its busted, full stop. Read more
