This moisturizer is totally different from anything else on the market. It’s phenomenal for drawing moisture into the skin and deeply nourishing skin. It’s very thick, so a little bit goes a long way and it’s a bit sticky until it soaks in. I also layer a petrolatum-based moisturizer over this one to seal in the moisture and that has been the SAUCE this winter!!!! I work in healthcare and am constantly washing and sanitizing my hands which flairs up my eczema something fierce. This moisturizer has been SO effective on my hands and lips that my eczema has been kept at bay since I started using it. Superb product and value for price point. I couldn’t recommend this more. great for overnight use on hands. i got a sample of this in a beauty box subscription. glad to find it on amazon. it’s a perfect size for nightstand or handbag too. my skin absorbs it easily as well. its definitely an ointment texture so a pea size is all you need for hands. the tube might seem small but it will last quite a while. no smell either which is perfect as we know dry skin can get irritated easily. will keep as a staple in my hand care routine during all seasons. Absolutely amazing and just what I needed. For context, over exfoliating your face can be a thing. I can admit I am a bit ocd levels with skin care. I overexfoliated so much I damaged my skin barrier and for three days my skin was peeling everywhere. The cold air only adding to it with chapping it some. It felt like I was just getting over a bad sunburn all over and the skin was too new and raw. I have incredibly sensitive legs compared with dry skin and I've tried other Aveeno products before, which didn't really do a difference. Maybe this is different because it's an ointment and not a lotion so it's a little bit more thick.
