I’ve always loved Aveeno, and this body scrub does not disappoint. Leaves my skin super smooth, I always use it before shaving to prevent razor bumps and burn. I’m giving 4 stars because I do wish it had a bit more of the exfoliating beads in it for a rougher scrub, but it still does the job well! Read more

Calling all sensitive skin! We finally have a scented body wash; and the scent is great! I have kind of a unique experience with this. I lost the ability to move anything but my left arm and my head a couple of years ago after a surgery removing an errant bone near my spine. As a result, I am in a skilled nursing facility. Due to my condition, I need to be given a shower as opposed to showering myself. For whatever reason, the CNA’s love body wash that lathers a ton. They also like things that have a strong beautiful scent. Well, being a person with sensitive skin, umm my body washes possess neither of these qualities. So everyone HATES my body washes. What can I do? I didn’t choose this life! I tell them that I’m sorry but this is quality product. It’s the cheap stuff you’re talking about. This explanation is to no avail. So I went from the Dove solid body cream to the Dove pump body foam. This made it more sudsy but the scent was so subtle. Officially, there’s no scent! So when I heard from a trusted source that the Aveeno Lavender lotion I love has a body wash that is equally as sensitive and wonderfully scented, I was excited! I had seen the product but I kind of wrote it off because it was scented. So I purchased a bottle and gave it a chance. Lo and behold we have lather and we have scent! I was so pleased! When I had no negative reaction I was sold. I have been using the lotion for so many years that I’ve gone nose blind to the scent. I know it smells good just based on the early days of using my lotion. And at the end of the day, don’t we want OTHER people to think we smell good?
