Fit the bill (with one small fixable issue)
My daughter purchased this skirt to wear while attending a concert, and it actually turned out to be very cute. The only issue we truly had is the tag is white, and it is placed in a poor spot on the skirt (making it visible), so we had to remove it. The fit was true to size (per the chart), and my daughter commented it was very comfortable and she was happy with the purchase.
