Works great, no issues, good price
I got this to connect to my Tablo which can record OTA tv shows and this drive is nice and big, it connected right up (I was super happy that they included the USB cable) and Tablo saw the drive. Price was great too considering this is an 8TB drive, and it's external. For sure i recommend this, even as a refurb/reconditioned one. Read more
Lots of space
Over the years I had collected a bunch of laptop hard drives and stored movies and tv shows on them, my entertainment center pc had far too many USB hubs on it so I went looking for a large storage solution to rectify the mess. This did the job, with plenty of space to add more over time. Read more
Quiet and fast.
I had this drive about a year and a half. It's quiet, I don't see a difference between it and my M.2 solid state drives. In other words it's very fast. So 5 stars, plug an play. Read more
