Says it is 20tb but actually 18tb
I bought this thinking it was 20tb, the box even said 20tb but plug in computer opened up and said 18tb. The last 20tb drive i bought was actually 20tb . The new one would not back up the complete previous one I bought still good for money but now gonna have to buy another one to hold all the files from the first one. Read more
Bad out of the box
The drive had a death click right out of the box and never appeared on the computer. I ended up spending a few extra dollars on a name-brand drive instead. Read more
