Be careful how you turn off or remove your Avoluxion
I want to warn you about how to safely remove this external Hard Drive or you will think that something is wrong when your game system says something is wrong. I thought I messed mine up by not safely removing it and turning it off properly. That is when I got that error message. My solution was to remove the connection from the gaming system. Turn off the Avoluxion in the back and then remove the Avoluxion from the electrical source. Here's is where it started working again. Put the USB part back into the gaming system while both the gaming system and Avoluxion is off. Next plug in your Avoluxion into the electrical outlet. Then turn on your Avoluxion in the back BEFORE you turn on your gaming system. From there, turn on your gaming system. To my surprise, I didn't get an error message. I went into my Settings/ Storage and the games I previously put in the Avoluxion was there and it was working fine. Whew what a relief that was.051425wed Read more

Didn't last 8 months. They did Honor the warranty however
Says it's supported for 2 years. But there's no support number or any contact information at all. It stopped working in less than 8 months. It was a struggle to get the contact information to get the warranty validated. But I found the necessary information on a card in the original packaging. Make sure to keep that warranty card and info! It's the only way to get a hold of them. Once you do they will honor the warranty! As of April 6th 2025 it's still working.
