I originally ordered this belt in a Lg/XL, thinking it would fit a little loser if I sized up. Ultimately, it was too big so I reordered the Small/Med. The smaller size was perfect. I normally wear a size 10 pant. The belt material is good quality and is very comfortable. Read more

Love this belt. Great value for the money. It’s comfortable. Well made. This is my second one. Lost weight and had to get a smaller size. Put in a laundry bag and washed well. Love that it is braided elastic, no holes just put it where it fits esp if you fluctuate a pound or two. Read more

This one has it with the mesh material, allowing you to insert the placeholder at ideally any point in the belt really.
