Small enough to be useful in my small home. My husband and I are both using it, and we're both over 55. Seems to be a quality product. When I had a question, I e-mailed the seller and got a prompt response. It CAN be used on carpet, but they advised putting it on a heavy piece of cardboard as it may stain the carpet without that. It's effective, easy to use, and great stability in use. My balance isn't great, and that was a concern, but it's easy for me to use. Where has this been all my life?!! I never knew I needed this until I got this product.It is nothing short of amazing. I say this because I work at home sitting the majority of my day, yes, I do have a standing desk but I find myself sitting down instead. I work off of 2 computers and 2 additional screens. So I have to have 4 screens app at all times. This vibration plate is a lifesaver about every hour I get up and do about 10 minutes on it. Standing on it, squatting, and then periodically throughout the hour. It helps me so much with circulation. My legs used to start hurting and starting to feel heavy a quarter the way through the day and now I could just put my feet on it turn it on and I don't even have to get up. I feel a hundred and ten percent better! I say, if you're a work at home employee, you need this. I've been looking at these for months and thought, oh, what do I need that for? Well, let me tell you, I will never be without one now that I've experienced it! The price is excellent in my opinion. This product is very solid, doesn't take up much room and it's the perfect size for me. For reference I am 5 6', 128 lbs. Good quality, stable, easy set up, definitely effective for lymphatic drainage and toning even after and one use; however I’m still learning best practices, power controls and body positioning that work best for me due to inner ear issues and motion sickness. I was nauseated within 8 minutes standing upright. I really want this to work so I’m going to give it some time and I’ll provide an updated review on whether I need to return it. Update: After using the vibration plate every day for a couple weeks, and adjusting standing positions so my head doesn’t shake, I am keeping the item. However, I recommend starting out slowly (2 minutes increments) and on low speeds so your body adjust accordingly, and then gradually increase up to 10 to 20 minutes. Note: I experienced itchy skin and rash (eczema) which I understand can be triggered using a vibration plate, and predominantly with individuals that have high histamine level's as myself. Read more
I love this vibration plate. It is easy to use and the price was just right. I bought it used like new and couldn't be happier. I use it almost every day morning and night and feel a difference in my circulation I would highly recommend this for the price and quality. Seems a little weird at first but it really gets the muscle tingling and has helped tremendously with my restless leg problem. I am assuming it helps with relaxing muscle and/or blood flow but I am not a doctor, just know how I feel. It comes completely ready to go no assembly needed and so far seems to be very sturdy. I love this thing. I've used an expensive high end one for years at my wellness center but for cost savings of going 3x a week, I bit the bullet & bought this. Even if it lasted a year, it's money well spent. Wish it didn't have the raised bumps on top. All that to say, what I've learned through the years is that viruses & pathogens hate change in the body (fever, movement/exercise, & certain frequencies). So I got this equally for maintaining good lymphatic detox health but also to help with old injuries of my body. I am a fit 115# 59 year old Grandma that likes staying active. This helps tremendously with moving the ju-ju :) through the body. As far as a short cut to working out or doing squats? There is no magic pill or machine. But it all works synergistically.
