Pros: - Easy to setup - 360 coverage - Voice control - Both app available for your phone and PC - Detachable dashcam for removal Cons: - Limited to 128GB, no expandable storage - Limited loop recording of only 3 minutes, would like to see increments of 5, 7 and 10 minutes - No option to install polarizing filter to reduce glare and reflections - GPS Player needs to have a stitch feature so you can track the whole trip from point A to point B - Mount on the windshield has wiggle room and will rattle on rough roads. Adhesive foam needed to remediate this issue. - No parking feature unless you use their ACC or OBD hardwire kit, which adds up on cost. Overall: Dashcam is pricey and I would only recommend buying it when its on sale. I would also like to see more updates and fixes, whether through firmware or new release. Read more

Overall disappointed at the price point. Especially that they sell the same unit for $122 on AliExpress. The camera claim of 4K is debatable compared to other dash cams. The app 5G claims are just as slow as regular non 5G dash cams. The unit runs hot running 3 cams with AC in the car, I can’t imagine 4 cams running. The quality is decent. Well, I liked this dashcam Unfortunately, I could not get it to stop recording from the dashcam itself (by pressing the OK button), nor from the app on my Tablet (app was incompatible with Samsung Galaxy A7 (2020) Tablet). Also, when I plugged it directly into my computer, I could not get rid of the "USB Device Not Found" error message. So, both viewing and downloading videos were impossible for me. Customer support was great, and worked with me for 3 weeks to try to fix this issue, but was unsuccessful. I had to return it. There is no SD Card in this dashcam, so I could not remove it to insert it into my laptop. If Azdome had a 4 channel that had an SD Card, I'd buy from them again, because of their friendly and caring support. But since they only had a 3 channel with an SD Card, I went with a different brand. This dashcam is new, and I think they may have released it too early. Still kinks to work out, and the app needs to be compatible with older devices, and the dashcam needs a driver so it'll plug into a computer. Read more

Saying this from the bottom of my heart this dashcam got everything I was looking for. Adjustable side cameras, can be use to record is ideal too so good for ride sharing drivers. I loved the quality and the availability to change resolution. Even with what i had it was perfect. Very simple instructions and comes with a good manual as well. Haven’t heard the audio quality or the app but so far it’s really good. I love the design of the camera as well and for the back cam, it’s very easy to install as well. Features are amazing to auto record short and long loop. One thing I wasn’t able to find was see the recording in the device. There must be a way but I didn’t play with it much since it got much features on it. Absolutely loved it and worth the money!! Read more
