Comfortable. The compression is medium-light so able to be worn all day. The wrap has velcro on both ends. To begin wrapping, be sure the velcro is facing outwards and it grips the wrap as it passes. The other end has the velcro facing inwards to grip onto the bandage and stay secure. Unlike the older Ace wraps with clips, these do not last as long. The velcro tends to stretch out the fabric as it is removed. But unlike the old-type, these wraps do not tend to get tighter and uncomfortable and need re-wrapping during the day. These wraps are fine for constant use for a month or so but they do get stretched out by forceful pulling on the velcro near the ends. Even with that problem, I recommend these over the clip closures. Read more

These look almost identical to the one I got at the doctors office but they’re not the same. This one doesn’t grip my leg as well and starts to shrug down almost immediately after putting it on. It’s also a little too wide - one inch narrower would be better. The Velcro is too stiff and it curls on the ends which can be uncomfortable. Overall it kind of gets the job done for a hour or two but I won’t buy this brand again. Read more
