It's EXACTLY what I needed! I purchased the dark brown because the rest of the wooden furniture in the room is a chocolate brown color and this matches everything perfectly! Possibly the sturdiest folding table I have ever encountered in my life. Snug fitting legs that meet perfectly with the bottom of the table, and stiff, secure joints to keep it in place. Bought it for $135 in 2020, and am very surprised to see that they haven't increased the price as of 2025. A humble, simple table that will not let you down. Of the wear and tear, there have been no stains despite frequently eating and drinking coffee at it, just a bit of shine where skin oil has touched it. Folds up perfectly. When it's built this well, I don't have to be gentle with it, but I do because it's become one of my more prized pieces of furniture. AZUMAYA seems to have a range of different tables on Amazon. This particular one is a little pricier, but if you manage to get it with Prime Shipping, it’s a VERY good little coffee table for the price. Sturdy as hell, and the folding mechanisms are better than I was expecting. We’ve been using this thing as everything, from a footrest to a makeshift dinner table (not both at once though, gross) and this thing holds up well. So long as you aren’t using it as a stepping stool or as the World’s Smallest Workbench, this little guy should age fairly gracefully. Ours is the dark brown one, and it has a pretty premium look. None of that cheap laminate junk, you know what I’m taking about. Looks like actual wood, at least to the untrained eye (eg. me)! Can’t speak for the other colors tho. If you live in a small apartment or a similar situation, the foldable aspect might be really appealing. I must admit, it’s good to be able to free up some space on those days when it just feels like the walls are closing in (note: I know how that sounded, but it was not a cry for help). I love the look and feel of this table. The only issue is that it stains incredibly easily. I mean to the point where I would have a cup on a coaster and the coldness + weight of the cup would leave a circular coaster-textured impression on the table. You need to use a good solid coaster, not a flimsy thin one. I'm highly considering putting on a layer of protective finish on this because whatever they're using just ain't doing it. Now luckily, if it stains there's a fairly easy fix to make it less noticeable -- get a cotton ball and a literal drop of olive oil and rub it on. It won't entirely fix it, but better than nothing. Let me just say how FORTUNATE I am to have found this gem. It’s sturdy, it folds and it’s under $200. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but after using it for several months I am glad I found it at all! Smooth finished edges and surfaces, sturdy. Update: after trying several other tables for various purposes, I realize how excellent this table is. The wood is solid. The finish is great and allows for easy cleaning and no water damage. The finish is smooth with slightly rounded edges, not sharp angles that scrape you. It is sturdy and stable - unlike some other tables with larger legs. The greatest thing about this table is that it is fairly light, making it easy to move and reposition and it can be stored away when not needed or when making space for an event. The folding legs work well. Also, the height of the table surface works well as a coffee table and also as a craft or work area. It is high enough that I can sit at the table with my legs folded under the table. I can even sit and work with my laptop on the table.
