Our other elephant baby shower toy from YookiDoo broke recently, so we were excited to give this one a try. Unfortunately, it falls short in most areas....The biggest issue IMO is that there's no on off trigger/switch. The spray motor gets activated automatically via a water sensor. This might be ok, except for the fact that it's super unreliable. You dunk it in the tub, and wait for 5-10 seconds for it to kick in, which makes it hard to use and is kind of frustrating when you just want to get the shampoo out of your baby's head and call it a day. The other issue is the motor itself is really pretty weak. Even when the sensor kicks in, the motor takes a while to draw any water up and get to a decent, usable stream. So you're basically left with a laggy, weak powered shower toy that doesn't have any practical use from a bath perspective. It may be fine if you just want to use it as a toy to entertain your baby, but don't expect much more out of it. Read more

It worked great. It was really fun for bath time, the first two times we used it. The third time it took forever before it would start sucking water to spray and the fourth time it just wouldn't start at all the thermometer registered but the motor wouldn't turn on and had a strange smell. It also just kept dying and wouldn't stay charged after even one bath. I would not describe it as durable in any way, it's actually kind of cheap feeling once you actually get it. My son absolutely loves this baby bath shower toy. It keeps him entertained for a long time during bath time, which is already a big win for us. Beyond being a toy, it’s also very practical—I regularly use it to rinse his hair and body, making bath time much easier and more enjoyable for both of us. The automatic water spray feature works well: once the elephant pump is submerged, it starts spraying water automatically. There’s no complicated setup, and it’s very intuitive to use. My child figured out how it works almost immediately and enjoys switching between the different shower heads. One standout feature is the built-in temperature control. The smart LED display and thermometer gauge make it easy to monitor the water temperature at a glance, which gives me extra peace of mind—especially for a baby or toddler with sensitive skin. I also really appreciate that this unit is rechargeable instead of battery-powered. Charging is convenient, and not having to constantly replace batteries is a huge plus. That said, there are two small downsides. First, the suction cup that holds the shower head isn’t very strong, so it tends to fall off easily. Second, depending on the angle of the elephant pump, the water flow can sometimes be inconsistent or interrupted, which takes a bit of adjustment to fix. Overall, this is a well-designed, fun, and functional bath toy that makes bath time easier and more enjoyable. With stronger suction and more consistent water intake, it would be close to perfect—but even as is, it’s a great addition to any baby’s bath routine. Read more
