Night vision works well for checking on baby during evening drives. Setup is straightforward and installation was easy, which is always a plus. Image quality is good enough to see if baby is awake, asleep, or in distress, which delivers on the basic functionality you need. However, I do have concerns about the build quality. Most notably, the power cable is problematic—it would intermittently stop working, which defeats the purpose of having a reliable monitoring system. This reliability issue is frustrating, especially when you're depending on it for peace of mind while driving. For the price point, it's decent value for money and does what it's supposed to do when it's working. That said, given the durability issues I encountered, I'd probably spend more next time to get a more reliable unit with better build quality.
