These towels feel like one of those baby items that ends up getting used way more than you expect. The muslin cotton is soft right out of the package and feels gentle enough for newborn skin without being flimsy. This set of 2 pink baby bath towels are very soft and comfortable. My daughter in law and co-worker have both used them for their babies and they are durable, withstanding a lot of washing and reusing. They are not very thick and also not very absorbent, however they are a good size for baby and look very cute with the hooded corner to put over their heads. These towels were washed before using, so any sticky residue or chemical smell was washed away before using. I didn't notice anything sticky or smelly before throwing in the wash. Read more

These are gorgeous hooded baby towels. I have ordered a lot of baby stuff and these really are are extra-nice. The 100% cotton muslin is good quality and soft, softer than some others, and multi layered. I think there are three layers, so it's thick and absorbent. Actually the ad describes it as having six layers, I am not going to cut it open to check but the thickness feels good and in combination with the crinkled texture of the woven fabric gives it a fluffy quality. The binding appears well done. The 32" square size is good for infants and toddlers. It's the size of a smaller receiving blanket. These muslin hooded towels are far superior to some of the lower cost alternatives that are actually made of polyester blanket fleece and don't make good bath towels. You can also use hooded towels as a blanket for toddlers to cuddle up on on the sofa or keep themselves warm around the house. So, the fleece type kind of make sense and have their place but I do like for hooded towels to actually be functional, absorbent towels like this one. And let's be honest, one reason why parents love hooded towels is that babies look incredibly cute wearing them. This one isn't trying to look like an animal or etc, but it absolutely, absolutely has that cute factor. Every little baby girl will look darling all clean from her bath and cozy in this fluffy pink cotton hooded towel. I have not laundered this as I will eventually be giving it as a gift. But it is meant to be machine washable. It has a hanging loop if you'd like to hang it to dry. The open weave means it dries fast. This is a pretty light weight item even though it feels thick due to being multi-layered. This is a reasonable value and would definitely make a good baby gift. Absolutely can not go wrong with any muslin material. These hooded baby towels are soft and durable. A very pretty blush pink. They are gentle on our baby's skin and warm enough we often let her hang out in it wrapped up for awhile. they are about like 2.5ft by 2.5ft so perfect size for newborn to really 6-8 months. The color was different from what I expected based on the product photos. In person it is a deeper pink, and the color shown in the last photo with the stroller is the most accurate. The fabric is thicker and more substantial than I thought, and it feels very sturdy. The towels are also larger than typical baby towels, so they can be used in many different ways. These hooded baby towels are the perfect size! I've had frustrations with other ones that were too small. These are just the right size for a wiggly baby! They have a decent thickness without being too bulky or too thin. They dry quickly after use. The dusty pink color is accurate to the photos. They are very soft and smooth on the skin as opposed to traditional towels that can bee to scratchy for a baby's delicate skin. They feel to be quality towels with all stitching intact and secure.
