Feels good, however one of the section that has the balls never stays on. So start off with 42 balls and by the end 8 fall off. Also the power on and mode sound is loud the machine is semi quiet but switching between modes and increase speed that vol is loud and sounds like a blown speaker. Maybe mine is just defective. Still a good product my husband loves it, just some flaws I wish I didnt have to deal with for the higher priced unit. Read more

I’ve been using this back massager regularly and it’s helped improve my lower back pain more than I expected. It’s a little bit noisy, but once you feel the relief, the sound really isn’t a big deal. The different modes/levels are easy to adjust, and it’s been nice to use at home when my back feels tight.
