I absolutely love this massager with heat. There are different settings and adjustments to target areas you want worked. I have the massager placed on my office chair and use it while I sit for long periods of time with my remote job. The massager is well made and comfortable to sit on. The media could not be loaded. I am not a fan of vibrating massage pads, but this one has definitely changed my mind. Dealing with fibromyalgia pain and long nights at work, to be able to have a soft, heated body massage pad that I can use in my car is everything! The last massage pad I had did not have neck support, nor was it as lovely and soft to lie on as this one. I feel that is what makes the difference between the two. It is easy to set up, works well, offers numerous settings to choose from, and helps relieve stress and tension. This massage pad comes with two cords, one for your car and one for a regular outlet, allowing you to use it almost anywhere. The only thing I would mention, although it should be self-explanatory, is that this product should not be used on the head region due to the vibrations, as it can cause injury to your brain. The back massager just arrived and works as described, so far. However, it is VERY short and that makes it unsatisfactory. When I am sitting on it as shown in the pictures the "neck pillow" sits behind my shoulder blades and this makes it very uncomfortable. I am about 6' 1" so only in the 75th percentile of height in the U.S., but this is definitely an issue. The heat and vibration work fairly well as long as I use it as a back only item, without sitting on it. Had I realized it was this short I would not have purchased it, but will keep it for now. I have ordered one of these units previously and had the offer again to get a total refund for purchasing a 2nd massager. The product is very good! i have had numerous units that he hard rollers which were good but hit sore spots and did not rememdy the pain. Your unit with the electric impluse system is good and has muiltiple settings. The heat pad is another asset and relaxes the neck and shoulders. Read more
All the massage and heating functions are great as you can control the intensity for both. You can also select which par of massages locations are on or off, you can choose all or just 1 set. The one con is the headrest/neck support. There’s no strap to hold it in place on a chair with an existing headrest and it’s not removeable so it is just in the way. It’s only useful if your lying down where there’s a surface against it to rest your head or neck on. Read more
