I sleep in these almost every night. I am a year post carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, and ulnar nerve release surgeries, and these still are a must have on my bedside table. I type constantly, I have horse farm chores like throwing hay bales and lifting big bags of feed, and I do manual labor that just stresses the tendons and ligaments in my hands all the time. I have two pairs of these so if one is being washed the other is still available. Usually I only wear the right hand, which is the one that had all the incisions. But sometimes both need a glove. I can easily hold my phone or do other things with the gloves on, but I do tend to flip the thumb covering down so its only half as long as it is easier to thumb type on my phone like that.
