Don’t buy it
Nothing but trouble. The installation is such a hassle, especially with the SD card. I tried multiple SD cards and multiple ways to format it. Nothing would work so it just never recorded. Now the screen is black and it won’t turn on. Though it wasn’t recording the camera showed a really bad quality. It wasn’t expensive but it was still money thrown out. Read more

Couldn't get Reverse function to work
Put this on my car almost a year ago and it's been okay, hard to complain as cheap as it was. I just wish I could get the reverse function to work, I wired it up to one of the taillights and nothing happens when I put the car in reverse, which sucks, because it's a crown victoria with a huge rear end yet tiny little mirrors. Also, the screen is very hard to see from the left, which also sucks because I put it in the center of the windshield. I can see it fine at night, but during the day it may as well just be an inconveniently placed mirror for all the good it does me. And... the audio for some reason is always out of sync with the video? I dunno why? But it works, it records video from both cameras to an SD card, so hopefully that's good enough for evidence if I ever get hit by someone. Read more

You get what you paid for
The camara is just ok. But I had to buy extension wire for the rear camara because the wire was 2 plus feet shorter. 3 days after the installation, the camara stopped working. So when I tested, the power cable got bad, so I had to buy extra power cable. The power cable that I got was almost as twice as thicker than the one that came with the camara. At the end, I could have got a much better camara with the same money that I invested in this one. Read more
