Doesn’t work half the time!

This camera fits good. Installation was easy but it only works half the time. A lot of times it won’t work, then I can turn the truck off and right back on and then it’ll work. Unreliable! I can’t just turn off the power and turn it back on every time I want to back up and actually see with the camera. Should have just spent the extra money and got a quality item elsewhere. I don’t recommend this camera. Other than the actual camera, everything else works. Tail gate handle works and the lock works but the camera is junk. And yes it is installed correctly. I’ve installed several reverse cameras in the past on other vehicles and never had this issue. Read more
