I really like this. I use it for my new piercings i got. I like that it smells like medicine and if your piercing is infected, it does sting just a tiny bit but it feels like its working. Bactine Max Pain Relieving Spray is solid for cuts and scrapes—no sting, kills germs well, and dries fast. The 5oz can is handy for the first-aid kit. Lidocaine helps a bit with itch from bug bites, but pain relief is only mild—not as strong as I hoped. Still worth keeping around. Read more
