I'm so happy with my 4-10lb weighted vest! Prior to purchasing this, I was using two 12lb weights to help build bone density. After about 8 minutes my arms felt like they were going to fall off! I really wanted to get the 20-32lb vest, but when I saw how large it was, I knew there was no way it was going to be comfortable on my tiny frame. I'm 5' tall and weigh ~95lbs. When I received the vest yesterday, I grabbed two 8lb weights along with the vest, for a total of 26lbs -- 2lbs more than the two 12lb weights I'd been carrying in my hands before I got the vest, and was able to walk for 15 minutes easily before I had to get back to doing chores! Today I went for an 80 minute power walk with some stair climbing, wearing just the vest with all 10lbs, and I'm so glad that I didn't get the heaviest vest! This was all I needed to feel a difference while power walking. Things I love about this vest: -- It's adjustable enough to fit snugly around my 24" waist, yet has long straps, so it would also fit someone with a much larger waist. -- The weight is evenly distributed, and it works great. Just slipped it over my head, snapped the sides and tucked the remaining length of straps into the back reflector loops. -- I didn't notice any unpleasant smell. -- At $26.99, I felt it was fairly priced. My only complaints are: -- Two of the pouches of non-removable weighted sand press uncomfortably against the bones at the front of my chest. It isn't bad enough that I need to put padding, and I imagine that someone with larger breasts wouldn't have that problem. -- The pouch designed to hold a cell phone isn't large enough to securely hold my phone. My phone fits, but if I lean over or jog, I'm concerned that it would slip right out, as it extends beyond the velcro closure. All in all, I highly recommend the BAGAIL Adjustable Weighted Vest! I purchased the 12-18 pound vest on the recommendation that the weighted vest should be 10% of body weight. I'm currently using it without any of the extra weights. It's at 12 pounds, and it is just a little bit heavy for me. I'm going to keep it, but if you're just getting started with a weighted vest or are new to exercising and weight training, and are on the fence about it, I recommend you start with a lighter vest. I am a female who wears a L or XL (38D bra size). The vest fits me great and the straps on the side are very long. So long that they could almost accommodate another small person in the vest. The distribution of the weight is good with more weight towards the back. The bulk of the weight in the front of the vest is in the center chest which sits nice. The front pocket for keys/phone is velcro and difficult to open, and I suppose that's good and secure, especially if you're planning to run in it. The vest has safety reflector strips for use outside at night or when visibility is low. The material is thick and soft and seems durable. The vest allows for full movement of the arms. There is a little bit of a chemical odor coming off the vest but not so bad that I can't stand it. I feel a little bit silly wearing it, but the embarrassment outweighs the benefits. Read more

It is comfortable to wear while walking. The fixed weight of the vest is evenly distributed and the pockets for the additional weights should make it easy to keep the weight balanced when adjusting between minimum and maximum weight. The removable weights are nice since it makes the vest adjustable. The buckles and adjustable straps on the sides makes it easy to adjust the fit and then to remove the vest and put it on again without needing to readjust the straps. Read more
I'd been on the fence about ordering a weighted vest but thought this one was a good fit since it was adjustable in the weight you want to carry as well as had a front pocket for my phone. The vest is comfortable-ish; the more you wear it the more used to it you get, but fair warning: when you first use it, the weight on your shoulders is a bit uncomfortable. Again-the more you use it, the more you get used to it and I don't really even notice it anymore. It also tends to slide back as I walk so I find myself pulling it forward a few times when I wear it. As a DDD girlie, I was worried about the fit, but it's very generous and has adjustable straps on both sides to cinch up/expand the snugness. The pocket in the front is convenient for my phone since I wear the vest while walking my dogs and don't really have a free hand. I purchased the 4–10 lb version, and it’s been amazing! The stitching quality is a solid 10/10—super durable and well put together. The workout effectiveness is also a full 10/10. It adds the perfect amount of resistance for training, though I could personally go heavier because it works so well. This vest is exactly what I wanted it has a great spot to hold my phone and it plus size friendly I wear a Xl-2Xl in shirts and have no problem definitely worth it for my walks outside My only complaint would be it’s not easy to store as it’s heavy and takes up some space Read more
I like that you can change the weight of the vest depending on your need for the day. I have a muscle disorder and some days I can’t walk well at all and some days I can do much better. So this is perfect for me. The straps are kinda long and do hit under the arms that is why I have it once less star. It could use some work with the adjustment straps but everything else is great quality. It is comfy to wear. Read more
