Due to me being very indecisive and being swayed by reviews, it took me forever to settle on a bag. I ordered 2, this one (next day delivery) and another brand, I wasn’t sure would arrive on time…and it didn’t. So I had to use this one and I was not disappointed. First impressions were good. It seemed sturdy, rolled nice, and had no issues with the handle. The lock was a bonus, not a necessity for me, but also had no issues with it. It comfortably fit everything I needed for 3 nights including an extra pair of shoes. I had no issues with the zippers, even after zipping and unzipping what felt like a hundred times. It fit nicely in the overhead compartment of American Airlines. With that said, it did scuff a little. Flying out of DC we couldn’t have wheels in the cabin, so they put it underneath where the scuffing occurred. But you can’t really notice. At the time I wasn’t sure yet about the lining, though it didn’t feel horrible and was securely sewn in. After returning home and comparing the two, this one is definitely better made and feels like it will last awhile vs the other (which I am returning). I went through several carry on bags that promised to be airline compliant. However, no other suitcase I tried included the wheels and handles in the published dimensions. This luggage from BAGSMART is different. The dimensions ACTUALLY met the restrictions for Hawaiian Airlines (very strictly enforced), and I was able to stow this bag with ZERO issues. The case is durable, and I haven't noticed any scratches over several flights. The handle is sturdy, and there's no wobble. The wheels roll smoothly, and the luggage just glides over any surface. Loved this bag until I found the lock didn't work. The reset button did not depress. So, I had to return it. Ordered a different Bagsmart carry on, hoping its lock works. Read more

Great carry on bag. Love the color and so far it's held up well. The handle and wheels work well and make it easy to get through an airport or wheel from house to vehicle. I like the way the inner zipper compartment secures the contents. It seems sturdy and isn't too heavy. Read more

I had to get a new carry on because of the new size limits. I bought bright orange luggage a number if years ago that have held up well, plus you can't miss that color. I thought that this weighed only about 2 lbs because i could easily pick it up with 1 finger. I weighed it and it was about 6.4 lbs, as listed. I measured it and it also met the listed measurements. Things I like: 1. The color 2. The weight 3. The correct size for 2025. 4. The 8 rolling wheels glide smoothly on my floor. 5. There are 2 handles making it easier to grab. 6. The cross straps inside like I old one. 7. The zippered size like my old one. Things I'm not sure of 1. Why does it have the extra pocket inside that favors one side. The color is so pretty. I don't care if I'm mismatched. I won't be going on a trip for a month, so I'll see how it goes. One question: How do people pack a bag like this as their only luggage. After I put a change of clothes, my meds (including medical supplies), any lithium battery electronics, it's full. Even if I only put clothes in, after I put 1 pair of size 12 shoes, a pair of jeans, a couple tops, underwear, I'm almost full. I guess if you are petite, it works. Read more

This bag is AMAZING! Just got back from a week in Germany and used this bag and a backpack as my only luggage. *Has been on multiple trips, both domestic and European. *Excellent maneuverability, both pulling behind and wheeling next to me. Has a 360° spin, which is highly convenient when navigating airports, people, trains, escalators, etc. *Telescoping handle opens and retracts quickly and easily. *Fits easily on an airport escalator step next to me. *Met size requirements for Iceland Air, Delta, and KLM, Air France, and Sun Country (even if the dimensions appears slightly too big compared to the airlines' requirements; easily fits inside luggage box at airports). *Fit enough clothes for a week's vacation in Florida and Germany., including a pair of running shoes. Also fit some souvenirs! *Loved it so much after using it in Florida that I bought 3 more so everyone in the family could have one for our Europe trip, each person having their own color. *We haven't checked the bag yet, so can't speak of it's ability to handle being tossed around. Great bag and fits Delta’s overhead! I needed a bag for Carry on for a recent trip using Delta airlines. I had looked around at many and none fit the 22x14x9 size for the overhead. I took a chance on this one as it said it met those dimensions and it did! Very happy with the bag. I love the color and is well made.
