It’s a really nice bag! It has all the pockets I could have wanted. Only downside is if you put too much stuff and have the strap on your shoulder it makes a creaky sound like the plastic is rubbing together as you walk. Other than that, ITS GREAT! Excellent carry on bag. Very roomy and fits perfectly under the seat. The bag is very lightweight and the straps are perfect length and comfortable to wear over the shoulder.
