This backpack is mighty for being small. I didn't think it would be so roomy. It is soft, and has padded adjustable shoulders. It is a soft shell bag which makes is light. This will be very handy on camping adventures for my wallet, glasses and keys. I specifically bought it for carting dog supplies around on excursions. It has two pockets for water bottles and the inside is very roomy for a small bag of dog food, her collapsible bowls and treats. It's a one and done for both of us! I highly recommend getting a bag like this for your baby’s diaper bag instead of those giant backpacks that are always on the registry recommendation lists and that everyone usually carries around. The heavy backpacks become cumbersome to carry when you’re also trying to carry your baby, a car seat, and probably other items. This bag is significantly lighter. We initially used the Giant backpack for the first nine months of our baby’s life, but we switched to this bag because we were getting tired of having something so bulky that we constantly searched for our belongings and found it difficult to carry. This bag is perfect because it’s incredibly lightweight and everything fits in the single large pocket. It has diaper bags, wipes, and a change of clothes, and there are two side pockets to store bottles that are the perfect size. Additionally, there are extra pockets in the front and back for a phone, an extra toy, or other items. This makes it much easier to find things compared to the giant bag, and it’s also much easier to carry. Exactly what I was looking for in a good purse-sized backpack. I needed something that had a zipper on the back side of the backpack so that when I'm wearing it my wallet is secure up against my back. Nice and lightweight.
