This brooch is gorgeous. It's very well made and the color is vibrant. It includes a chain so you can use it as a necklace, which is the better thing to do. The reason being that the needle is a little flimsy (at least on mine) and there is a hoop that wraps around the needle to keep it in place, like a "locking" mechanism, but that's also quite flimsy and the needle easily escapes the lock. You're likely to drop the brooch if you pint it onto something. It's excellent and beautiful, definitely get this. Read more
