Beautiful, easy to use, and effective
I looked at these ankle/arm weights for about a year. Because of the price I passed and thought what do I care what they look like? I work out alone in my house! I bought much cheaper weights which soon had frayed Velcro and looked worn quickly. These Bala bangles are so sleek and pretty it was worth the money even just for myself at home. Adjustable and comfortable
These wrist/ankle weights are very easy to put on. I have to get used to the weight but they are VERY comfortable with the smoothness of the soft rubber and contoured edges! I think they will be very durable and the Velcro attachment is awesome…in fact I have put them further up my arms and legs just for a different feel with exercising! Good quality (the bag is a nice touch), comfortable, I haven't tried any other brands to know if these are superior in other ways or are worth spending more but I did have old school ones in the past and they're bulky and not cute. My SIL and friend have these and had nothing but good things to say so I just bought them in lieu of much research. Read more
