Fits well enough as a one-size-fits-all type deal, even with my big head; and the multi-panel fabric construction is pretty nice, as being able to wear it as a full ski mask or a neck gaiter/head scarf is pretty nice. The choice of colors is decent too. My only problem is that the pictures made it look like it would be longer. The original reason I wanted to get this was because I was unhappy with the current neck gaiter I use, and this mask is still an improvement over that, but I was hoping that this would drop to around/below the collarbone level.
