My husband and I are outside a lot. We work in the yard and ride our bikes and just like to be outside, but worry about sun exposure. This shirt is AWESOME! Very comfortable, very soft and was perfect for the canoe trip we took. Washed very nicely and kept it's shape. Love the color and the sleeve length was perfect. These are nice shirts for the price and have minimal graphics (brand name) which I prefer. I purchased a large which is a little tight and the sleeves could be longer. If you wear a large in Columbia PFG fishing shirts, this is smaller but I like the way it fits tightly around the neck. Columbia large is too loose on me. May try the Baleaf XL if the neck fits tightly. Read more

Bought two of these for a gardener/landscaper who works outdoors much of the time. He's a fair-skinned guy who copes with skin cancer, so always looking for garments that offer sun protection as well as comfort. He says he likes these shirts for their smooth feel on the skin and wicking of sweat - no clammy sensation like with cotton tees. These are lightweight and easy to wear, even on days with 70+ dew points which we've had plenty of this summer. Also look nice enough for business casual settings or dining out. Run a little bit big, but wash and dry well. Cool temp drying is recommended but have been using medium temp so they could go with the rest of the load with no problem.
